Arrived last week. Having a ball with it, even though it is our first and no idea what we are doing. need to adjust the volume! Saw the post on maybe how to do it, but have to upgrade the skills. The characters say the weirdest things - "Are you sleeping well? No I'm not sleeping well", "When did we meet ? I cannot remember when we met". Otherwise, still exploring and having fun.

Hi again. re: Star Trek. Can anyone tell me about the "hopper" on top of the machine? I just tend to get the balls from the back of the machine, and load them in the tray at the front to play. I see discussion about ball lifters to take them to the top, but not sure how to access this reserve of balls?

The hopper on the top are the balls that are paid out when hitting bonuses. Some people add ball lifter or a larger hopper as this small hopper on top can deplete very quickly during a fever.

    Hello

We have recently added a new area of the Forums where threads about ball management, ball lifters, etc have been collated together to make the info a little easier to find.

    Here's the link:

    Ball Lifters/Ball Management

Some members use ball lifters and others manage quite easily without, lots of different ideas, and I'm sure the members will be happy to help explain anything

If you want to dispense balls at the push of a button from the rear hopper to the front play tray, You need a daverob dongle. That then makes to 2 buttons on the front work

Sorry guys in hijacking the thread.

You need to get one of those Dongles off Dave. They are awesome.
You can email Dave if you have any queries about the dongle like I did and he is so helpful with the information he has. I ended up getting the dongle, card reader and some cards off Dave. They worked a treat and to top it off Dave ran out and got it in the post as soon as I paid him and I got it within a week form the otherside of the world. Now that's Service..
    Highly recommended...
