Stuck on bonus

This is a "Frozen Nights" slot machine that is stuck on the bonus. I have followed the reset procedures in the manual with NO luck. Any ideas?

Unfortunately I can't find info on this model as our Research Centre is offline

Perhaps if you could give us more info, like the manufacturer, the year, etc

or better still post a pic?? Then hopefully members with models by the same manufacturer can then give more specific advice



What i will say though is that it is easy to accidentally miss out steps when resetting a machine, it happens to lots of people, so if I were you i would go very slowly through the complete reset procedure for your model just to absolutely double check

It is stuck making the mucic, flashing the lights, and spitting out coins.

How long has it been stuck on this?

if you mean that every time you make a spin it pays off... your in a bonus round.. some machines have long bonus rounds that last for 10 or more spins.. and some machines wil hit back to back bonus rounds...

It might not be finished with the bonus round
I once had a bonus round on my Bingo slot last for like 100 or more spins
