Default Quick tip for new guy!

    Hay guys,
I picked up a pachi at the weekend.I never knew anything about these machines until I started doing a bit of research. Its a Bellco Bingo machine and its in great shape except for a poor repair at the hopper which I'll sort soon.
Anyway to the point. The button for changing the odds doesnt seem to be responding. It seems to be stuck on 3.I followed the instructions ie turn off, turn key in power supply, turn on and press the small button inside the door.
    Any help would be great!
    Thanks

Welcome to PachiTalk! You have come to the right place to get the help you need.

I am not experienced in modern Pachinko machines, so I am unable to answer your question. Someone should be along shortly that can give you the information you need.

are you able to change the odds but the change wont take effect? make sure you push the knob to start the reels down before you turn the key inside the machine.

    power off
    turn key inside on
    power on
    change odds
    push spin knob
    turn key inside off.

I found this is an old, old thread... since it appears the research center is not available yet with the recent site upgrade. (unless I just haven't found it yet ) Try it exactly as shown below, making sure there are no credits to be played or tokens to be played. Let us know if that makes a difference. Welcome to PachiTalk!

HOW TO DO A MAJOR RESET or CHANGE ODDS:

    "TURN YOUR MACHINE OFF FIRST"

    1. Locate internal key switch, and insert key.
Note: In order to change odds, machine must be in idle mode with no tokens/coins or credits being played and off.

    2. Turn "reset" key switch to on, to access programming mode.

    3. Turn on machine now.

    4. Depending on machine type, a number from 1 to 6 will be displayed on one of the LED meters on front door.

    5. Locate and push Skill button. Depress button and notice movement of number being displayed in LED meter.

    6. Once desired level is displayed (1 to 6), push down on play handle (Joy Stick) for 10 seconds, and depress both "BET CREDITS" and "COLLECT CREDITS" buttons to lock odds level into machine memory.

    7. Turn "reset" key back to off.

    8. Machine should immediately initialize. If not, turn power switch to the OFF position, wait 15 seconds and turn power switch back to ON position.
