Any ideas as to the next step I need to take? I want my $2.99!!!!!!!!!!!or at least my 2 free months and the 24 days that I paid for and didn't recieve.

I suggest you email (or call, if possible) PayPal and tell them that you will close your PayPal account if they don't help. This might not get you that far as they tend to cater to the business accounts (that's their bread and butter) rather than the personal accounts. You can always open a new account in the future?

good idea, I'll have to wait for my auctions to end though. I'd hate to have to close my account and have everyone want to pay with paypal. :lol:

I got basically the same message from PayPal. They won't do anything if its a "virtual" product.

The only satisfaction that I've received is that I get to mention what a crook he is and, hopefully, either keep people from joining pachislocity.com or encourage them to leave. I am quite sure that my comments, and those of other members here, have ended up costing him far more than the 6 bucks he cheated us out of.

In the end, he's getting what he deserves. The problem is that the community of pachislo enthusiasts is pretty small. It would be hard to imagine anyone belonging to pachislocity that doesn't find pachitalk sooner or later. If he'd lived up to his end of the deal, he'd probably still have a nice little business going.

As far as I can tell, when this site started the only thing that was said by the founders was there was a difference of opinion on whether the most effective way to run a pachi forum was to charge users, or offer free membership. He decided to stick with his model. They went off to do the free forum. No one bad mouthed him at all --- until he started cheating people out of the service they had already paid for --- and then lying about it to PayPal.

See I got to mention it again. More satisfaction. :-) :-) :-) :-)

I should just copy this into a text file so I won't have to type it every time. 'Cause I plan to use it for some time to come.

Pachislocity.com attracted new members by promising 2 free months. Only problem was you didn't get the 2 free months until you canceled your subscription. The 2 months were supposed to be added to the end. That may have been a little underhanded, but it was OK with most people. Problem was that when you did cancel you never got your two free months. Like I said the guy is a crook.

This wasn't an auction, if it was I would be in better shape with more options. It was a subcription and therefore I am screwed!!!

i followed the instructions you gave it worked great in a few hours pay pal notified me the subscription was canceled
