I really do reccomend these computer pachinkos to any of the members in the area. They are fun to play and make a great piggy bank. Just make sure the puter part is working. That is easy to do. The machine for a quarter gives you three sets of balls. You set the number by moving a peg inside. For every 100 points you score you get a free game. A game does not take long. My High score on my shark was 1200. It quits giving free games after nine. But again these are great machines.

If you had a business and wanted to set these up and put for amusement only they would be a money maker. If you do make sure he has some keys for them. You can set them loose or tight depending on how many balls you give for a quarter ( up to 21) and as little as 12. You can also adjust the nails but I do not think that would be necessary.

Points are scored the same as any vintage pachinko.. each time a ball is droped into a tulip or winning pocket you score 10 points... and then Like the good LT said every 100 gets ya a free game

    Mr. Fix It,

He had these listed at $75.00 each about 3 weeks ago, Like you, I almost went over there to buy the lot but the wife was getting reluctant about it with 5 other machines needing restoration...

Take a real hard look as he has no keys and you will either need to drill the locks or open the backs. Pretty hard to check out without the keys and access to the inside. These have a computer board in them and alot of them have been burnt out. I would plug each one in and see if they accept coins and open all of the pockets when it sets up. It should give you a 10 credit for each pocket hit and at 100 give you a free game. Their is some water damage that can be seen on alot of them. They are a neat machine if they work but if the puter board is burnt you are looking at some bucks to fix. Good luck

Truth be told I'm more interested in the cabinets for my modern pachinkos. Everything else is secondary.

[UPDATE] I visited Jim in Gardena and bought all six of them. I haven't tested them all yet but with what i paid I practically stole them. The only think I’m going to have an issue with is picking the keylocks. Anyone know where I can get keys for these Marvena International Inc. Pachinkos?

I'm glad all six of these went to a member! I wanted to buy at least one, but the distance was too far for me.

    Congrats on your new Pachinkos!!

if one is clearly in crummier shape you may try exploratory surgery to see if it can be opened and use what you learned to get the rest opened and temp-permanently unlocked

please post a few more pics.. but you could drill threw the side and open the latch...

drilling threw the back side would ne the least obvious... of couse any lock smith can get them open..

Each cabinet and machine are in such good condition I can't risk damaging any of them. I'll have to get a lock smith if i can't pick and remove the locks myself. Pictures on a new thread to come.

I'll drill into the lock as a last resort and only if I have the locks and keys available.
