WOW!! You are the missing part fabrication MASTER!!

Overall. it looks great! Only question I have is this: Are the sides, bottom, etc separate pieces that are glued together? If so, how would you rate the strength over time? The original hopper is molded so, structurally speaking, they are probably more durable. But if yours is fabricated with glue, and the glued joints are solid, then there are probably many other pieces that can be recreated using your technique!

    All-in-all, a winner!!

You do a TREMENDOUS service to this hobby, and I am constantly amazed by your innovations!!

The ball tray has a capacity of over 800 balls. I filled up the ball tray and let sit over 24 hours in freezing temperatures. I pour over 1600 balls slowly from 6" to 8" in to the ball tray. No cracks, brakes or splits. The glue I am using is made just for plexiglas. I just need to get the bugs out of the manufacturing processes.
