Just an FYI... that Zip Code is the default. When anyone joins PachiTalk, that is the zip/location they get until they personally change it.

Slots Imports statement of where they will ship is interesting. I noticed they will not send a slot machine to New York however, slot machines that are 35 years old or more are perfectly legal! Apparently they are being overly cautious to avoid trouble.
I find it interesting that California will not allow pachis.
Slot Imports says "Since there is an element of skill involved in playing the game (you can increase your winnings based on your skill level) PACHISLO (Skill-Stop) machines are exempt from Slot Machine ownership laws in ALL states except California"
What is interesting to me is that Poker is legal in California specifically because it was ruled a game of skill! Before that ruling poker and other card games were highly illegal. Strange that the same reasoning does not apply to pachis.

Oops! I just remembered I had to chime in on this thread. Earlier this year I spoke with a California Attorney General in the Division of Gambling Control and he confirmed that pachislos are illegal in California. He knew what they were and how they worked and still said they were illegal and a misdemeanor. So if you are a pachislo owner in California be careful not to anger any neighbors or show them to the wrong people. And if you want to purchase any we have available just contact me to make other arrangements.

If shipped to a different state then transported across state lines,wouldn't that be like bootlegging,or transporting illegal contraban across state lines,if you get caught.?

I've gotten machines sent to Colorado from Gaku and Curt at Slot-Pachinko. No questions asked. Although Gaku is a little hesitant.
