as for making it better paying.. make minor and small adjustments to the nails around the pockets.. some times small adjustments go allong ways

As far a I know, You can't change the odds of a win spin. The only one is to tweek the nails to get more balls in the start or win pockets. So getting more spins. And more small payouts
