    Default Umm ... Arepachi?

I bid on an eBay arepachi up to around $150. It eventually sold for about $350.

Is that a stupid amount? I really would like to own one, but if that's the cost - forget it.

I used to eat lots of natural foods until I found out most people die of natural causes.

    Which one?

Arepachis are (1) extremely desirable by collectors, AND (2) hard to find, so yeah, the price reflects that. Even in Japan, the rarer styles go for 40,000 yen and upwards. Few of these were made, and the later modern models will (eventually) join their vintage cousins in valuations, I have no doubt. Arepachis make up a tiny % of the overall machines produced in any given year.

Look at the figures from 2005 onwards for Pachinko Pachislo Japanese Machine Installations Data 1995-2009 table... here

does it make you feel any better to know a machine like this where I live would be closer to $1000 ?
There is always another machine around the corner...

Was it the Tic-Tac-Toe one in CA?

I considered bidding on it when it was like $100 and then it got a little out of hand... haha

hopefully we'll both find one someday!!!
Cruising these forums is all that is keeping me sane while I wait for the UPS man...

That price is pretty low actually for an arrange ball off of eBay.
