Hello slawnski, what brings you to PachiTalk
Hello! Growing up my family had a daiichi- and I spent countless afternoons competing with my brother and sisters. Awesome memories! Well fast forward 20+ years and one of my wife's coworkers is cleaning out his parents house and asked me if I wanted to take anything that was there before he tossed everything out- Low and behold there was a ratty looking Nishijin B model ( at the time I had no idea there were different models!) there in pieces- I asked if that was getting tossed and he told me to go ahead and take it... I brought it home made a new frame for it- disassembled and cleaned it- it is now working great! fast forward six weeks and I now own 8- 5 Nishijin B's one Nishijin A and two daiichi's... In my never ending search for more info on these machine I stumbled upon Pachitalk and here I am! Sooooo glad to have come upon a community of people that have been bitten the way I have by these games! I have three Nishijin's cleaned and working. Contemplating cases so I can hang/ display play them- awesome site guys! I cannot say that enough!
How about you tell us a bit about yourself, slawnski.
I am a plasterer by trade- currently working as an estimator/ Project manager in the office for the company I have been working for since I graduated high school.
I also build and fly model airplanes, (cars and boats too) and I have several VW restorations under my belt ( I currently have a 72 bug, 71 SB and a 67 Deluxe type ll)
