I emailed him to make a cash offer and I would pick up after the listing expired on ebay, the first time he listed them. This is his third relisting for them. His reply was (I like doing my business thru Ebay)???
I'm not sure he understands what "cash" is! Sallisaw, OK is not what I'd call a one-horse town in the middle of nowhere, I'm sure that they have another horse somewhere. I'd be leary of this one do to the correspondence I've had with him.
