The best (and cheapest) way to get balls for your pachinko machine is to buy them from ebay. You can typically get them for .03 cents to .06 cents each, depending on the quantity you buy. Look for auctions from goldenstatetraders1 or stopexpress. Members here have provided great feedback regarding their experiences with those sellers. (goldenstatetraders1 is also a member on this forum)
If you have a vintage machine (Models A, B, or C) then I would recommend a minimum of 500 balls, however I like to load my model B and C machines with 1,000 to 1,500 so that I can play longer without needing to refill the top hopper as often. The model A machines recycle the balls, so 500 is enough for them.
