This is nuts! Help with Craig's list.

I am trying to figure out how this is supposed to work. Is there a time delay between when someone posts something and when it shows up on Craig's?

I was given a wooden play set by one of my customers for my boys. It was old and needed a lot of help. After taking it apart it was worse off then we thought. I have been looking on Graig's for a free or cheaper set to combine and make one usable set.
I can not be fast enough. Ten minuets and the stuff is gone! Today I looked on Craig's didn't see anything for my home area. Went to look in another area but didn't switch to that area and ended back were I was. What to I see a great deal and close to home for a set. Posted at 8:52 my time this morning. Not there when I closed out and seconds later it is there and fifteen minuets have elapsed since the posting. There was a phone # and I called it. It was already gone!

What gives! I could not be any faster from when it came up on Craig's!

Any Ideas on how to work Craig's list better?
Is there a program you can put in what you are looking for and instantly notifies you a posting was just made?

I've had similar issues. Best to clear your browsers cashe each time you log on.
