It's worth it to email them. I forgot to mention above that they told me to email them a check and they'd send it out. I countered with how PayPal covers me if it never ships, etc. but never got a reply email. You could also do Western Union or the like. I've done that once before for a machine and the recipient gets the money within an hour or so. Don't know about their insurance policy though if you don't get your item.

I'm guessin that's the one I just got in Albuquerque this weekend. I wouldn't have paid what I did if I had seen it first or had been there to pick it up. It needs a lot of work.
