    Default aristocrat

help!!! i have the aristocrat with the fish on it and it was working fine. now all of a sudden it will not spin. i did a full reset and still nothing...checked fuses all seem good as well as all connections. it shows that i can change pay out and it shows coins being recieved. it just will not spin when i pull lever or push bet button. i also noticed that behind the door where the plug is for the spin button there are 2 led lights. one is green and 1 is red. does that mean anythig? thanks for any help

Hello, I'm sorry i can't offer help with the technical aspects, as it's not a problem that I am familiar with, but I will move this thread to a 'Support Ticket' for you,

If you could perhaps post a pic/ pics of your Pachislo, it would help with identification, etc and hopefully our other members can offer some advice on where to start trouble shooting this one

In the meantime, Welcome to PachiTalk

p.s. if you are unsure how to post pics, this link will help http://www.pachitalk.com/forums/gene...-post-pic.html

pictures pictures pictures ...front of the machine and inside the machine as well .I need to see what if anything is on the front leds . your description lends one to believe your stuck in the odds mode but then you said it shows tokens entering the machine this shouldn't be when in odds mode the solenoid should be open and the tokens should fall through to the tray .its very hard to tell on description alone.its also possible that you have a button stuck on like one of the hold buttons or a bet button the machine wont spin till all buttons are clear .

sticky button or spin knob is the most likely solution. push each button and knob, and check that the corresponding led (inside of door) goes on and off. My just need to be cleaned with some compressed air.

its either the spin knob or the cash out button on the left side of the door (outside ) right side (inside) try un plugging it and see if the red led goes out . also check with some one that has the same machine as to what should be lit when you go to spin .
