I agree with Mopar that its a Bally. I think either a 700 or 800, or 1000 series model, but which one specifically is what I need to find out. The coin drop and speaker in the tray is what has thrown me. I dont remember any of those series Bally slots with a speaker in the coin tray. Doesn't mean they didn't do it but I just don't remember seeing them.
It is remarkably similar to the 1091.
