    Default paijima from pachislo.com.

i got my paijima pachislo today, it arrived in excellent condition, nice and clean and plug and play.

well worth the 69.00 and the volume controls are great,

the whole front is america writing except for bellyglass and japanese symbols on reels.

i hit the jackpot in the first few hundred tokens i ran thru it, the music is very good, not like some machines.

the two dragon heads on top light up when ready to hit bonus and flash while in bonus.

i invited my fedex driver in to look at the magic monkey he brought friday. it really wowed him.

he's a nice guy and is always careful delivering to me and puts them right inside my door for me.

I am glad to hear that you like it. I am expecting mine to arrive tomorrow. This will be my first pachislo machine. I ordered Automatic two nights ago and will probably see that machine around Monday of next week. Know I have two pachinko machines and will have two pachislo machines. I think I need to build an addition to my home or move. I can't stop the madness!!!

Pajima is a Macy brand machine from 2003 with Okinawan motifs.

The Japanese on the belly glass and reels is the name of the machine "Paijima" in both katakana and kanji. Pai means south and jima means island like in Iwo-Jima (Sulfur Island).

The red things on the top glass aren't dragons they're lion-dogs called shisa or shishi. Shisa figures are often found in pairs, one with its mouth open to scare off the evil spirits and the other with its mouth closed to keep the good spirits in. I've read that the one that can't keep its mouth shut is the female. One thing the lion-dogs are supposed to be good for is getting rid of dragons. The ones on the top glass look like they're roof shisa.

The front glass shows the Okinawan islands in the area with the REPLAY, WAIT, and INSERT MEDAL lamps and looks like it has a man playing one of their traditional stringed instruments, a sanshin.

Amazing how, despite the culture, this same theme holds true! :smt003

That's why women don't fart as much as men....we don't keep our mouths closed long enough to build up the required pressure!
