My wife ordered a machine from T.A. for a present for me. Well to make a long story short it arrived damaged the top hinge was cracked, and the bottom hinge was completely broken off, Fedex must have really thrown this one around. So we emailed Curt and he said to report the damage to Fedex and have Fedex pick it up and check out the damage, well to make a long story short, Fedex made a real mess of things giving us missinformation and Curt, But anyhow Curt is a real honest stand up guy in my opinion, he issued a complete refund right after Fedex got the machine in their system, I think he is a very good vender, and was very polite and helpful in all the emails.

Curt tries hard to satisfy the customer when problems arise with delivery.

It's good to know that the seller won't give you a big hassle in matters like this.

Many vendors won't help at all and stonewall on refunds for weeks on end.

I'm glad things worked out for you.

Both Curt and Texas Auctions are GREAT. However FedEx is the most screwed up company out there. I had a machine that I needed to send back for a replacement, which TA was incredible with. I received the replacement with no problem but for some reason FedEx kept returning the broken machine to me. In fact including the first shipment they took it away and brought it back four times. As evidence to FedEx's stupidity I offer the following link. (The end destination was suppose to be TA not me. This was the fourth time)

when fedex picked up a nonworking machine i had, they put a call tag right over my address tag.

i guess your machine didn't have a call tag covering your shipping info.

Actually I took all the labels off. The machines I receive go thought a warehouse in PA. For some reason they feel the need to replace all the labels. It doesn't show it on this tracking, but all the other ones it states label replaced.

Well Fedex called us up after they took the machine back, and said that the seller requested it delivered even if damaged, so they asked us if we wanted it back or destroyed. Luckily we got that mess sorted out and it is being sent back to T.A. thats just the half of all their mix-ups, my wife waited home all day on her day off for them to pick it up and they didn't show despite making a appointment to do so, plus alot of misinformation on how or when the machine would be inspected for damage, and packaging of said machine. I'm just glad it's over. now poor Curt has to deal with them.

Curt will chew their ash out and rip off their heads and pour common sense down their hole.
