Default Looking for a service manual or Users / Owners guide for a Cutie Honey Pachinko

I just recently purchased a Cutie Honey Pachinko unit, used, and I was wondering if anyone could help me with information on how to perform setup or testing on the specific components of the game. It plays fine, and all video and sound appears to be working, but I would like to know how to calibrate the settings on the back of the unit and how to make sure everything is truly functional. This is my first "modern" pachinko machine, and I purchased it because i couldnt pass it up at the price, so I wasnt really prepared to be a good owner at the time and I want to be able to get the most out of this beautiful game.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
    Rob

    Hello, Welcome to PachiTalk!!

If everything is playing fine, paying out, and you are getting no error codes or sirens then I would presume that it is set up correctly

However, if you are new to Pachinkos then you may wish to read some of the items in our 'Research Centre', in particular the 'Pachinko FAQs' section which contains articles about Modern Day Pachinko Operation, I think it's a pdf guide??

As well as a listing for Cutie Honey in the 'Pachinko Museum' section of the RC, I believe there is a scan of a Cutie Honey brochure in the Research Centre too, although obviously that is written in Japanese (but has lots of pics)

The Research Centre is located via the 4th button from right, along the top of the forums, but here's the quick link

But please do post with any questions or queries or general conversation, as the members are always happy to help

Ok, Ill see what I can find out on my own. Thing is, I dont really know WHAT this pachinko is supposed to so in various situations. it only came with 15 balls so playtesting is a bit tedious, and I bought it used from a swap meet (for $14) so the previous owners didnt know a thing about it. Im just trying to find out if Im missing out on anything and how to test functions like the smaller pockets that are a bit rough to hit

You'll need around 1,000 or more, to play without constant refilling

Wow, deal of the century for a Cutie Honey!!

Well the easiest way to test pockets is to just drop a ball in each one..But I'm not sure if you'll know if they are working until you have enough balls to get payouts..

One more thing..Since its being played without enough balls to make payouts, when you first load the hopper with balls it will most likely start trying to catch up on payouts, so be ready for that!!

Go onto youtube and look for pachinko videos, you'll get an idea of what they do. Reach and fever videos will give you and idea

You WILL need more balls, or you really won't be able to play.
