No one here that I'm aware of has made a purchase from this seller. Some of us have made some inquiries and he comes off as a total ass. His shipping is so far out of line, he's a joke. No, the people in the know are going to keep their money on the decent vendors not trying to make a bad deal look good.

I asked him about a week ago about his shipping because the machine price was decent but shipping was like 95 and he basically told me he uses shipping to profit for what he loses on the price of the machine and as tulsa said he came off as a total ass

Thanks for the input Tulsa, I was also shocked at the shipping charges and figured that is why the price looked low. I am looking for a sports themed pachinko such as Baseball or Golf or whatever. I have seen one or 2 for Baseball and one called HOLE IN ONE for golf. This will be my first machine so I want to be sure I buy from a very reputable vendor who has great service. I also do not want to spend too much on my first one because knowing me if I like them in a matter of months I will have a collection of them! (I kind of like the Red Dragon, but too much $$) I am also looking at the slots...Been reading this forum since yesterday for hours and hours getting as much knowledge as possible from the expert members.....I think I'm hooked and I am in trouble!! The wife's gonna kill me!!

What you just said about the sport themed pachinko is something you took right out of my mouth i said the same thing about a week ago when i started looking for either the baseball or golf themed pachinko. Theirs 4 Baseball pachinkos that i know of and 1 golf one the Utehama 2 which sells reasonably.

I've avoided them because of the shipping... and the attitude.
His email replies are short and rude to many that have tried to communicate with him before a sale.
The biggest scare to me is all sales final - no warranty - no support - if you don't like that, don't bid.
    So I don't.

ZERO returns ZERO refunds blah blah blah is a real turn off...at first it looked OK but as you read on and get to the "RULES" of the purchase it just turns you away. Not a good selling tactic.

RKnarr01 - you said you know of 4 baseball pachinkos. I know I have seen HOME RUN, FINE PLAY...what are the others? As for the Golf, is the Utehama 2 the "HOLE IN ONE" machine I saw? It is on slot-pachinko.com. Are they good? I figured they would be having a link on the front page of this forum.

Well sit tight for a bit. Someone I know on the board just got his hands on a baseball or two themed machines. If I know him, they'll be very reasonable prices and no gouging on the shipping.

    hi CardMan,
Your in the seasonal lull for pachinko machines right now.
Just hang on, and you'll see more choices on the block starting in June. :smt082
If you want something before then--just to hold you over,
try one the 2001-2002 mid-priced games($79-$169) from a respected seller.

Thanks JamesM, can you recommend a model from the 2001-2002 machines?

I keep going back to look at that Red Dragon...it's tempting me, but the actual pachinko board area looks smaller then others and I am not sure I will get the true "pachinko" gameplay feel. Looks more focused on the slot machine.

I agree Red Dragon, actually called Dragon Chance, is a fun looking game. The music jams too
There's video of it in the pachinko museum area
If it's in your price range, I think you'd be really happy with it.
