I Find it odd that almost all the pachislos (maybe every one) have to follow "laws" of play due to the fact that gambling in Japan is illegal and yet the price range can vary so much.

For example...Since all the machines cannot payout more than 15 TOKENS in one spin, and they have bonus rounds and they have BIG bonus rounds...the only thing different about them is the theme.

I think it should be like this...If I buy a Million God (OMDB) for 99 dollars, then any machine should only cost 99 dollars. They all play the same.
