I can highly recommend Jan from Dragonfly. He is a very friendly guy. Last year I picked up my Hana-Mankai Kirameki directly at his shop. Got a good coffee, some chocolate and a nice talk for free. The machine itself was in great shape (like all the pachinkos I saw there).
