I have been wondering about this machine because of the 3 buttons on the front. I think it is one of the American skill stops that were produced years ago when the casinos were experimenting with them.
It would be good to ask what parts it needs before buying it, also might be leverage to chew down the price.

It looks like a pachi to me...There where some pachislos like that with the pull handle and top in the 80s (?)

Plus it has the stop buttons and parlor/license stickers!!

If there was a close up of it I'm guessing there'd be Japanese on the payout chart etc...But I could be wrong!!
