CUTIE HONEY, Please HELP

Perfect machine, but shooter handle won't work...It is as if the machine is not plugged in! I've looked everywhere for fuses(that could be out); even tried to take apart the handle to see if their was a fuse inside...too hard to open at the angle the screw is at(phillips screw).

Replace fuses. Everything else works; I need help shooting my Honey!

Help asap, please.
