Azteca Legend Video Sound

How do I get the video sound on this machine. I've only had it a few days & yesterday there was a plane sound on the video. Then today no sound. What gives?

Have did any adjusting on the control panel ? thru the buttons on the front to the left ? there is a setting in there to adjust the sound.

There is no sound during the video of doggie in his plane during normal operations. The only time you have sound during that animation is when you are in the CT round. If you leave the machine alone for a while during the CT round it will convert to this video with sound.
