Rocky Balboa stuck in WIN MODE

I have a Rocky Balboa machine... I guess I hit the Jackpot as it is saying WINNER on the screen and will not let me put in anymore tokens. Anyone know how to reset it back? I cannot reset it and its staying in WINNER mode.

Sounds like the coin mech didn't reset.
Each time you spin the reels the coin mech releases or engages a magnetic trigger like metal bar which prevents any further coins from registering until the reels are stopped. The trigger then resets to allow more coins and the insert medal light turns on. If this light is on/ flashing then the trigger might be stuck.

Try a reset first.
Shut the machine off.
Turn the reset key to on
Turn the machine back on
tap the spin knob
turn the reset key to off.

You should see and hear the coin mech engage.
If you don't then you may need to pull and clean the coin mech.
