Default Need info on unidentified Sankyo machine.

I recently purchased my first pachinko. It is a Sankyo in a Stellar case. I would really appreciate any information you could give me about this machine. It seems that there are settings that can be changed, but I don't know how to tell what they are. Also, the machine works, but there are some cut wires in back. They are yellow and visible in the attached pictures. I would love to know what these are for. A wiring diagram would be awesome if anyone has it. There are balIs stuck in the machine and I can't tell where they are supposed to come out. I am willing to disassemble the whole thing for ball removal and general cleaning. Is there anything I should know before taking the machine apart? I could not find this machine on the forum or the Sankyo site. Check out the pictures and let me know what you think. Thanks.

An easy way to get the balls out of the system is to open the cover over the payout system (to the right of the back a little more than half way up). Inside there you should see several white hooks. These prevent a payout if there aren't enough balls in the hopper. If you turn on the machine and push these hooks so they don't engage, they'll hop up and down and the balls should come out the bottom one at a time. If you have a lot of balls stuck inside, you may have to shake the machine every now and then, then repeat the 'unhooking' till they're all out.

I'm pretty sure those yellow wires are for the lights at the top front of the frame. When removing the cell from the frame, it's an easy connection to forget and probably got yanked apart, should have a plastic plug on the end of it.

The balls are not stuck in the payout. At least not near the hooks you are speaking of. Once balls go in the winning holes, they just fall into some kind of limbo and don't come out anywhere. You can see them in one of the pictures. Shaking has not moved them. Thanks for your help.

Well, after figuring out how to really open this thing up, I found the problem. There was a clog near where the balls would drop out of the bottom when the hook is disengaged. When I bought the machine, the owner said it did not come with balls. There were easily 100 of them stuck in the clogged area.
Bear with me, when I bought the machine I didn't really know what exactly it was. Just figuring out all the different places that open took a bit. The more I discover about this machine, the more I love it. The mechanics of it are great and I can't wait to figure out what everything does. I've got a feeling this will not be the last pachinko I buy.

    Welcome to PachiTalk

    That's a nice looking Pachinko,

You have managed to sort out the ball jam and I'm sure you will now have lots of fun playing and learning all about Pachinko

Although you will need to get some more Pachinko balls, if you haven't already done so

I know they weren't stuck in the payout section. They were the balls that go into the pockets. There is a motor that will force the balls out one at a time activating the payout section. Without balls in the upper hopper, the payout section locks out the balls from getting to the motor. What I had said will work, it just acts as if there are balls in it and allow the stuck ones to come out. The machine has to be plugged in for that to work.

WOW! I've got the same machine in my basement that we got a while back and it's a lot of fun. Have you gotten any balls into the center chute in the background yet?

Yeah I have. The machine went nuts and started beeping and flashing and would not stop until I unplugged it. I need to figure out why that is. The machine was not out of balls and paid out. Also, do you know what the LED numbers in the center are all about? They seem to stay at double zero always. Thanks. I'm really trying to get this working right. It is a lot of fun as you say.

That's the big payout on the machine, the dice gates will keep opening up and letting balls in for quite a few rounds and if another ball goes into the gate a new round starts. I don't know what led numbers you are talking about are they on the cell or down on the tray? There aren't any led numbers on my machine that I know of.

yeah that's probably your best bet. I think your model is a little newer than mine because because it has that and your case is a bit different too.

I am missing several nails. I did find one jamming the payout system. Here are some pics without the flash on.

So you think that all the nails should be the same? The bigger nails seem to be arranged symmetrically. Also, could someone tell me where the outer case lights power wires should lead. They are cut.
