well i have now joined the light side

after a day in reno with the good LT i have now joined the light side of the world..

wanted to share and ask a how to question

wile in Reno everything was great and machines played as they should. but after a few hours in the back of the truck i cant get New Trad working again?

i think it is geting stuck in odds set mode?? this machine only uses one key for the door. has a reset button on the inside door and an odds switch inside next to the on off switch

when i pluged it in everything looked good but after droping in tokens and starting a spin.. it appers to be stuck, the reels spin slow. pausing once per turn and making i error type of tones from the speakers.. i pushed the reset turned it off and on off unplug.. then after random guesing it seemed to reset itsself.. after droping in tokens again same results slow reals and errror music.. i tryed again random resets turning the door key etc etc but now the only thing shows on the front is what i would guess is odds settings 1-6 when i use the reset button.. all the lights are off and the reels are not turning??

but can u send me a link that applys to a machine that does not ahve a reset key???

the door key does turn both directions... is that it???

ok so i got it off the odd reset mode...

seemed to once again look it wanted to be played

droped in medals hit the spin knob and the wheels spin one revolution and then studder at each revolution

no back to sq one.. using the reset button has no effect power off nothing unplug nothing.. the reels just keep turning

after being a member for so long im a bit embarassed...

the first thing everyone says is reset all the connections...

the good LT called and told me to check the connections.. i allreay had once but i double checked them again and problem solved

usually 99% of the times problems are just a poor connection

and some need to be reseated a few times to work good
