Replacement Bulbs for Daido Frame

Hey all,

I mentioned these bulbs in my other thread, but I would like to keep the issue separate...

My Daido frame uses smaller lights in the front of the frame (possibly Lumina), however, in the center assembly it used larger bulbs with a flat/wedged bottom. They are held in rubber holders, and the wire leads are bent around.

Any ideas if these are sold anywhere in the US? Stores would be even better as opposed to having to order online...

Also, I know that Daido became Sankyo/Bitsy - so could I use those companies as well when trying to identify the exact type of frame that this is?

24V might be hard to find, 28 is easier, those are T3 1/4, wire lead. You might be able to straighten out the leads on a wedge bulb, but you risk breaking them, so get extras

If an exact replacement isn't important, you can get these, T1 3/4 (5mm - .197"), 4 for a buck, 100 - .17c each, work for some of the smaller cell lights too.

I think an exact replacement (at least in physical size) is kinda important given the method of mounting using the rubber holder...

I paid around $3.00 a bulb for my lumina frame, i got 8 for around 24.00 on ebay last year.

i had though i could live with a few bulbs burned out, but every time the lights on the door flashed it bugged me more

Thanks. Others have mentioned that as well - I will contact him.

I tried to log in with my PachiTalk ID and password, and it didn't work - do I have to register separately for the auction part?

Also, are the auctions BUY IT NOW? it seems odd that they run for 40 days or so... I want them nooww!! Haha...

yes you need to register with the same name and password, use buy it now if you want them quickly
