You are correct as you participate on the site the user title changes
The Standard User Titles and posts amounts are as follows
Tokie Owens 0
Blind Shooter 31
Fever Hunter 100
Sandwich Shooter 250
Eye Shooter 500
Kungishi 1000
Pachi Puro 2000+
You may notice custom user titles as well,
the tradition for the Custom Titles is when a member has done something lets say that sticks out in a good or bad way, this is recognized with a custom user title.
it should be noted that custom user titles are not given out because someone asked for a particular title they are not on request
