One is a Kyoraku and one Fuji
$78 BIN seems a bit expensive to me, but they are nice flags, if they don't sell they will mostly likely be relisted cheaper next time, as it's one of the usual eBay Sellers

They Kyoraku version is pretty long in the tooth (pun intended), so I can understand the higher price, just maybe not that high.
