    think that's a Yamasa model??

If so then I believe E3 error code relates to 'Hopper Empty'

    Have you got enough tokens??

You could also check that there are no jams and try emptying and cleaning the hopper, resetting it and seeing if error code clears

Or could it be that you are stuck in a Bonus round perhaps??

If you let us know what is actually happening / not happening when you play it, it may help get you a quicker solution

Good luck and welcome to PachiTalk

The Optic on the Hopper might be dirty. I would take the hopper apart and give it a Good cleaning. Lay the parts out in order as you take it apart, then reverse the process. Also check for any broken wires from the hopper electronics on the cable that is attached to it.

    Hope this Helps.
