Japanese translation assistance...

I love old machines and they are a breeze to fix (mostly) however today I stepped way out of my comfort zone and bought a more modern machine .. (couldn't pass up the $35 price). Now I'm out of my element trying to figure out the various functions. Can I beg anyone here to translate the following pix in an effort to understand what I'm dealing with?
