Default how much should I offer?

    Hi members,
Not sure if this belongs in vintage section or not.
I'm looking to make a offer on this machine and was hoping to get some feedback as to whats a fair price.
Seller says it's in good working condition.
    I'll appreciate any info

    old school modern machine

if it really works id pay 50.. make offer id start at 20 and go from there

value for me is how much i like the play field and how clean it is.. im learning with mordern machine weather they work or not is most important.. i find vintage machines easy to work on and fix.. for me a mordern must work.. i can clean it up .. dust dirt jamed balls.. but trying to trouble shoot a nonworking machine is hard for me

    just my 2 cents

    good luck to ya

for a machine like that, $100 max, $50 would be great... unless you really like the theme (which I can't quite make out in the picture).

make sure everything works, though, as moderns are much harder to fix than vintages: you have to find a motor the right size or a circuit board and can't just kludge things together like on a vintage.

I happen to like machines from that era. I would pay whatever you felt comfortable with. I think I would max out at about $125 on a machine like that, though. If you keep your eyes open, you'll be able to pick up a similar machine (with some patience) at about $80.

Go see it and see if it appeals to you. They play a little different than the modern machines.

Find out how many balls are included

I would offer them $50-75 depending.

I've got the same machine...got it on CL for $15...the owner didn't know whether or not it worked, and I took it without further questions...took a few days to clean it up and extract an oversized sphere from the motor and it works like a charm. One of my absolute favorite machines...well worth $75...but if you can get it for less...
I'm not addicted to Pachinkos. I can quit at any time. Did I tell you about the three machines that I have on the way?

I put a offer in at $75.00 but haven't heard back yet (The seller wants $125.00 )
I really don't see many of these machines in my area, but I don't want to go any higher. We shell see.

I appreciate all the great input and information on this machine.

I haven't paid more than $50.00 for any of the modern vintage machines I've picked up, but I live in LA and things are plentiful here. If they come with alot of balls I guess I could go higher but $75.00 is not bad. If he says no, tell him to give you a call in a couple of weeks when he is tired of looking at it and you'll take it off his hands.
I offered a guy $50.00 for three vintage machine a couple of months ago and he was really insulted but a month or so later he sent me an e-mail and said come get them. So be patient, if you don't get this one others will come along

The 80's-2000 Pachinkos alot of them had a crt (t.v. tube ) in the center but mostly mechanical on the play field . The motors get noisy after a while and the grain of wheat lamps burn out and are hard but not impossible to replace . These pachinkos are Monophonic ( one speaker /one channel sound)

The price is directly related to how honest is the seller about any and all problems with the Pachinko and how much you like the overall design of the playfield as well as the frame and mechanicals $50- ??? ( rarity of the playfield/cell)
