The full name is "Kyojin no Hoshi" which translates to "Star of The Giants".

The theme is based on the baseball manga/anime written by Noboru Kawasaki.

There were six different models of the first machine made in 2002 & 2003. The one in picture posted here is the second one from 2002, the "Hanagata model". It features Mitsuru Hanagata of the Hanshin Tigers. Hanagata is the rival of the main character Hyuuma Hoshi of the Giants.

Aristocrat also came out with "Kyojin no Hoshi 2" in 2004.

    Default WOW!

i must say i am impressed! let me respond to the replies one at a time:
    I think it is Japanese
thanks for the clarification. i thought it was one of the new spanish models.
    Could be a Tokey Owen
just to show you how gullible i am ... i actually did a search on google for Tokey Owen. then my wife came in, read over my shoulder and said, "Can't take a joke, huh?". she had to explain it to me!
At least that's what the url calls it.
    what URL?

Now, Mr. Pachi Slotter, what can I say, you really must know it all. Questions is, How do you know it all? Do you speak/read Japanese? Is there some sort of guide with pictures? Or are you just a walking pachislo encyclopedia?

Whatever the answer, I really do appreciate all of the feedback. I know I have said it before and I will say it again, but this place rocks!

    Thanks everyone! ~spooner
