    Default Sankyo Big Slot Issues

Hi everyone. I am new to the forums and this is my first pachinko.

Whenever I leave my pachinko off, it beeps and gives me error 2, but when it is on, it pays out fine and doesn't error. I read the lumina manual and some other manuals, but I don't want to replace anything because it seems to work fine. I have tried resetting both ways, and I have checked all the connections (which seem fine).

Also, I get a lot of ball jams in the lucky slot. Is there anyway to prevent that?

Now, it does seem that there could be a problem with the payout unit or the full switch. After filling up the hopper, it filled up the top tray will balls, but it didn't release anymore when I ran low. I am going to try to find my full switch and clean it.

Sounds like it has a lot of payouts to do. Give us a picture of the back of the machine. You may also just keep filling the top hopper in the back and let it finish paying out.

Here are some pics. After I made the second post, it actually started spitting some balls out again in the top tray when it should, but I still have an error 2 when off.

Is there a list of error codes anywhere on the back? I don't have a CR version of the FF frame handy to look.

    About the backing up thing-

When a ball goes into a pocket, it travels down the back to a sensor, the payout motor pays out and a solenoid releases the ball out the bottom. This mechanism is visable behind the door you have open at the bottom (the one with the downwards arrow pointing at it). With the machine off, look and see if there are any balls in that area. If so, with a screwdriver or something, actuate the solenoid mechanism to clear the balls out of the system. It's sometimes a good idea to give the machine a good shake - don't worry, they can take it - to dislodge any that have piled up in the back.
