Default Any type of variable jackpot or 'bonus' mode in Comet II?

    Hey all,

Ok, I have a question about my Sanyo Comet II (and to other vintage machines, if it applies).

Will the payout always be the same? Or is it progressive in any manor? Also, are there any type of bonus sequences (albiet simple)?

Just wondering before I start messing around...

    Thanks,

    Matt!

Vintage on average pay out the same for all pockets. The only bonus kind of thing you can expect is if dropping a ball down the center or anywhere else opens additional tulips.

Your right, but we keep seeing different games every day, so I left a loophole

I would think that the variable jackpots didn't start until the electronic boards went in.

while it is possible to do a series of mechanical switches that might step up bonuses, I have never seen anything like that on a vintage.

I did notice on the nishijin C that you could swap the jackpot seesaw ball limiter to allow more or less balls: so there could be 13 or 15 payout for the jackpot, but it was set from the factory that way.

I suppose tulips were the odds raisers in the vintage machines, and some of the machines do open a series of tulips for a certain ball...
