my oldest son bought one of these 2 years ago from Circuitcity.

Samsung HLT5087SAX 50-Inch Slim LED Engine 1080p DLP HDTV

after a year and a half use the bottom on the screen wouldn't show all of the info bar on a lot of sports channels and looked a little out of whack.

he did get the extra year extended warrenty and thats from an outside vendor.

they have taken it in to the shop 3 times in the last 6 months and the problem keeps coming back, they claim its a problem with the mirrors, but haven't done a good fix.

the 2 years is up now and they warrenty their work 30 days.

I told him its a $1,300.00 lemon and the warrenty company should replace it, they haven't fixed it so far.

any ideas, I told him to contact the local tv station they usually have a consumer srction that helps with stuff like this??
