I know that with the world wide recession affecting nearly all of us, those that have a bit of money put aside can find some great deals, after all it is a buyers market.

prices in our mobile home park are falling.

highest prices are a little over $20,000.00, there are 3 nice mobile homes listed for $2,900.00 and one for $3,900.00

lot rent including mowing, trash and water is $421.00 a month

the snowbirds are selling cheap because of the ecomomy, they have to pay the fee year round, even though they are only here 4 to 6 months.

the park is 55 years and older and no rentals allowed.
