I have a american dream and it never gives me back the balls that Im supposed to win. This is my first machine Ive read other post about similar problems like checking there are enough ball in the paying hopper, checking the position of the lever in the mechanism etc. Everything seems to work except when playing it dont return the winnings.

if everything looks good,you should call them.i believe they have phone tech support .if there is something broken,they should take care of it if it is still under warranty.
