Just picked up new toy! The price was good and the guy even delivered it for free !!!

Does anyone know if the sides of the game (the frame) light up like in MU MU World? There is some paint chipped off and under that it appears to have the same lighted frame. Perhaps it is just the same frame without lighting? I didn't want to tear into the game without good reason.

Not a paint per-se, but a chrome plating, very common on this frame. It's supposed to be like a 2-way mirror so the lighting can show through. Get it into a bonus and see if it lights.
I love the music that one plays during bonus (haven't seen one first hand though). Sankyo's got at least 2 versions of that as a pachinko also.

play it till you hit the bonus rounds and see if that changes any lighting effects.

I had the warrior and golden treasure both in the same frame and case design, the lighting effects were different on both of them

This is the same frame that "Tomb Raider" comes in and lights up in the bonus rounds. Just appears as a chrome strip when not lit.

I remember back in the day Stealth had a video of this playing, can't remember if the sides light or not.

Too bad Gaku isn't selling parts anymore, get a Tomb Raider door and switch out the parts for a cleaner look
