No Payout

I can hear the machine trying to send out winning balls but nothing comes out. Just the soft noise from the machine trying to payout. I have looked at the back and can feel it clicking but I do not know how to open that section to see if a ball is stuck. Please help. Thanks, Ken

all there balls in both clear tracks going to the payout motor???

you may need to try a ball dump.

also, check the ball ramp to make sure that the L shaped bracket (on the right side) that blocks ball flow is in the UP position. this is here so you can remove the payout mechanism without draining all the balls.

I had this problem on a couple moderns, then found the bracket and said "duhh"...

Is there a Company name on the front of the machine? Sankyo, Fuji, Takao, Heiwa, Nishijin are just a few. If we could figure out who makes the Machine it can be researched to find an answer or things you can try to get it up and running. Is it a single shooter? (a lever to shoot one Sphere at a time) or a Modern Machine that has a turning shooter knob?

If you can, Pictures of the Machine front and back especially of the ball runs on the back would be a big help if you can post them. That can be done in the next frame below. Click on "Manage Attachments". Make sure you have the picture "Sized" correctly for the type of format you are using. Jpg, Gif, jpeg, ect.

Now that we know what brand machine it is do check the ball trap lever on the ball run just to the right of the top hopper. Make sure it is not closed blocking the Sphere's.

Hey- I had that issue as well...Mine was a simple solution.
The payout mech. wasn't snug in place. It was off to the side just a little. I pushed it snug into place and it started working.
