How do you guys get some of those fancy avatars to work. Everytime I try a simple picture of my Pachi, it says the file is too big, that it needs to be less than 49kb? Any help would be appreciated.

To save server space we limited the files to be
150 (W) X 200 (H) and no bigger than 49k.
