I think it is a Nishijin - Model A - Front Overflow. I saw the model called a "Crown and Castle."
I assume it is from late 60's to early 70's. I got it at a flea market several years ago.
I'm attaching pics of the front back and detail of a stuck ball. Sorry about the poor quality of the pics, my camera lens needs cleaning.
After some thought, I think it is not a problem emptying the top hopper, but some obstruction there. I just started working on it, so I'm not very familiar with it yet.
Any insight would be most appreciated.
