    Default So few Arepachis

The arepachi looks like so much fun to me. The skill part of it would be really interesting. So, why are there so few arepachis out there? Were not as many made? Were fewer imported? Also, do they not make modern machines that act like the vintage Arepachis? I know you geniuses here will have answers.

They're not as popular as the theme video machines but the bigger manufacturers typically make one or two machines requiring some ball skill every season. If you keep on the look out they come up for auction now and then. I just picked up a Heiwa King Hosuke and Newgin Zansu Ship. Vicky Chance and Apollo are probably the two you'll see most. There was also a Bugs Life up for auction a couple months ago which is a great machine with a video and ball skill.
