Yes that looks like the old Allwins we have over here,
In fact the list of names on that one are all English football / Soccer teams, I have seen that design before, so it must have started life here in the UK
My favourite ones are the ones where you can win packets of sweets, I think I had a thread with some different designs showing,
The only reason I haven't picked one up yet is that the good ones tend to go for quite high prices...
