Default Batman & The Chance light

Well I finally hit the Big Bonus again on Batman. Mine doesn't give it up very easy. I have even bent some pins!

Good news is the Chance light still works. I have only seen it light up 3 times!!!

Love the Big Bonus, but wished it came more often. Of course the payout is over 2000, so filling and refilling the hopper kills the high. I waited until it was over before refilling.

Just had to share my joy of finally hitting the big bonus again. :smt109

Hey Guys....I would like to get a pachinko to add to the 4 Pachislos. Any recommendations? I have been watching the comments on the GiGa Fever, so I bought and received it a couple of days ago, what a fun machine. What would be a good first time pachinko?

Oh, I am refinishing my basement and wondering if I would need to make framings accommodations or can I just hang it on the wall?...(dumb question?)

The first decision I would make on the Pachinko would be if you want a specific theme or not.

There are many licensed ones such as Batman, Popeye, Betty Boop, etc. Those generally go for more, but are neat in the sense they more American.

But if you aren't looking for that you can get a better deal probably on something else.

Thunderzone is supposedly a GREAT machine, but I will let Arbycoffee & Bilko44 chime.

I will look up Thunderzone, but I did have my eye on Batman, is that a fun and reliable machine? I also have a 5,7 and 2 year old.

I really like it. Like the Giga Fever the Batman has an incredible light show. The Thunderzone is the same cabinet.

The only drawback to Batman is the Dark Play Board. You don't see the balls very well.

Nice!! is that a home made cabinet? If you were going to mount it into an unfinished wall, how would you do it? or would it be easier to frame the machine and then hang it on the wall?

I bought the Wall Cabinet from Gameroom Cabinets on ebay.

I got the unfinished one and primed and painted it.

It is very nice. The wood was such good quality I could have stained it. The ball drop in the back is angled and pitched so balls always come to the small front door.

There are some instructions on this board for making your own cabinet.

The box on the side is a volume control I made.

Now where David hung his on the wall, I prefer to keep mine table top. That cabinet has that small door in front that feeds the balls from the back to the front, a very nice idea. Except in fever mode when you want to shoot and shoot and shoot some more. With this method you have to have both hands free to open the door and hold a bowl or ball tray to capture the balls. Unless your good with your toes I suppose. If your not, then you have to quit shooting while you do this. The table top method the used balls are staying in the rear of the machine but you only have to reach around to grab them.
    Meanwhile, somewhere in Oklahoma.

Tulsa has an excellent point. I do have to stop playing to refill OR keep playing then fill the hopper up 10 times as it finishes paying off.

Well, I ordered a ball lift last Friday and it got here today. Still, not enough time to play with it before I "escape" for a week. :-(
Sure wish I had known that Milt was going to offer them... I would have easily waited a few days!
One pachinko I just bought came with a cabinet... and you do have to stop shooting to dump and fill balls with that door. The lift might solve my problems though... I never was much of a "reach around" man. They still go flying out the back if you keep shooting while you do that.
