Unable to Open

Hi I recently received a Gloria hearts (Mizuho) as a gift from my Mother in Law and it did not come with a lock cylinder or a key. I was just hoping someone had a suggestion as to how I can get it open.

turn it on its side and look through the hole in the bottom with a flashlight then use a coat hanger or stick of some kind to push the door latch open ( it usually just pushes up to release the door ) and the door will open for you .

Cool thanks it opened right up. now I just need to get a Cylinder and key for it as well as a reset key

I had no key with one of mine and all i did was drill a small hole in the latch and connected a chain. Then drilled a small hole in the bottom right hand side and ran the chain through. Easy fix and easy access!

and just replace the reset key with a switch.
ps: if i don't have a door key i just use a zip tie to hold the latch mech. open all the time. you can still shut the door and it's always unlocked.

Thanks for the help got it working now I just need to get it working completely
