    Default PowerFlash on eBay

I hope I'm not spoiling it for anyone who has the current high bid!

    But...

    There's a PowerFlash on ebay:

Vintage Chinese Game PACHINKO - eBay (item 200298052317 end time Jan-18-09 20:50:02 PST)

Last I check the bid was less than $20. Don't remember the shipping amount though.

    Later!

Looks like the decals(those are decals right?) that are supposed to be along the right side are faded or missing (King, Queen, etc..). Its hard to tell from the photo. Can anyone see for sure?

good eye! yes, it looks like they're missing.

they were stickers that had red diamonds and black spades, with K, Q, J and a joker in between

if anyone from the board gets it, I'll send you a high res. picture of my stickers that you can print out and stick on.

Did anyone here end up winning this one? Went for over $110. I backed off since it looked like other members had their eyes on it.

Whoever got it "sniped" it away from me at the last second. With 10 seconds to go, I had the high bid. A real shame...I really wanted a Powerflash. Another one may come along next week, or it may be three years before I see another one. It was surprising to me to see two of them on ebay within a month or so of each other.

    Oh well.

there is nothing worse than snipers on ebay.i have been sniped on more than one occasion by those idiots, with even less than 10 seconds remaining.ebay needs to change the way the auctions end,so it is fair to everyone.

Why don't you just a snipe program for your self, then you won't have to worry about it.

Exactly... I don't eBay much, but when I do, I use a snipe program. I started out the old-fashioned way and ended up driving up the prices way too early and losing anyway. This way, you can program what you are willing to pay and it will throw a bid in for you within the last few seconds. I'm OK with that. BTW, you can lose with a snipe program also, but I have won more than lost.

do it the way YJA does it, if someone bids, the auction is automatically extended 15 minutes to give others a chance to bid, kinda like... an auction!

I hate getting sniped, too. So, I finally just decided to bid at my absolute highest price and let ebay run it up to my limit. Still pretty annoying when someone then goes $1 higher, but I try not to watch at the end.

the powerflash is really popular now. looks like at least 5 of them by member of this board now.

if I see one anywhere, i'll let you know. oh, oh... another reason to keep scanning the local craisglists.

I had to get out at $64. And that was with me not having to pay shipping since my friend was picking it up for me in Tucson. It was definitely sniped because I had the high bid with less than 20 seconds left. When I saw $110, I was out. I still hope someone here got it.
