I was able to reset the machine and the Game Over light is no longer lit. However the reels will not spin when pressing the lever or the buttons.
Any other suggestions?

If it's dusty, You can use a soft bristle paint brush to get into the tight spots. Otherwise, Some people in this forum (including me) would disassemble most parts and give them a good cleaning. Plastics can be washed with soap and water. Electrical components...I would just dust off. electrical Contacts...I would first re-seat them before trying any cleaner. If I did have to use a cleaner, CRC makes an electrical contact cleaner that is safe for plastics.
CHECK SOMETHING SIMPLE: If it's accepting tokens, but the reels won't spin, see if the start knob is dirty. It's happened here before.

What youngjedi said the machine probably just needs a cleaning including the spin knob.
The knob is very easy to take off and take apart to clean so dont be intimidated.
If you look at it just a bit you will figure out how it is done.
Also check that its connections are tight it may be just a simple loose knob connector.
